Hamdija Begovic is a Bosnian-Swedish PhD student at the University in Stockholm. His PhD thesis is about the ideological legacy of Alija Izetbegovic in contemporary Bosnian politics and his areas of interest include Muslim participation and resistance to Western modernity.
