Aisha Hasan is an academic researcher and journalist based in London. She holds a BA in Economics from SOAS, University of London, and an MA in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. She specialises in the Middle East, and has conducted research on neoliberalism and global inequality, Islamic economic theory and the political economy of development.
