Sahin\u2019in modeli, e\u011fitimin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kimlik olu\u015fumuna etkisi \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirir. <\/span><b>A\u00e7\u0131k kimlik (exploratory identity)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve sorgulamayla geli\u015fen, bireyin \u00f6znele\u015fmesini te\u015fvik eden bir kimlik bi\u00e7imidir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k <\/span><b>kapanm\u0131\u015f kimlik (foreclosed identity)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, taklit ve sorgusuz ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131kla \u015fekillenen, bireyin \u00f6znele\u015fmesini engelleyen bir kimlik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. Mevcut e\u011fitim yap\u0131s\u0131, kapanm\u0131\u015f zihin ve liderlik modellerini yeniden \u00fcretmektedir. Sahin, bu duruma kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u00ee<\/span><b> \u201cterbiye\u201d <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kavram\u0131na dayal\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir e\u011fitim yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nermektedir.
