Bu t\u00fcrden ulusa\u015f\u0131r\u0131 deste\u011fin eksikli\u011fi, devrimci \u00e7abalar\u0131n k\u00fcresel me\u015fruiyetini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde s\u0131n\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; zira uluslararas\u0131 kamuoyu \u00e7o\u011fu zaman devrimin sistemsel de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki arzular\u0131yla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu sorun, devrimci g\u00fc\u00e7lerce \u015fekillendirilmi\u015f olsa da mevcut uluslararas\u0131 sistem i\u00e7erisinde tan\u0131nma ve kabul aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan yeni y\u00f6neti\u015fim yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadelelerinde yeniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Sivil toplumu g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren, taban d\u00fczeyinde kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 te\u015fvik eden ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar aras\u0131nda siyasal birli\u011fi art\u0131ran b\u00f6yle bir model, resmi uluslararas\u0131 tan\u0131nman\u0131n yerine ge\u00e7erek merkezi rejimin dezavantajlar\u0131n\u0131 hafifletebilir mi?
