Ancak bu model, esasen y\u00fcksek e\u011fitimli, beyaz ve \u00fcst-orta s\u0131n\u0131fa mensup burjuva bir toplumsal kesimi temel almakta; evrensellik, e\u015fitlik ve eri\u015filebilirlik varsay\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden M\u00fcsl\u00fcman dijital ger\u00e7eklikleri \u00e7o\u011fu zaman analiz edememektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, \u0130slami kamusal alan anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131; \u015f\u00fbr\u00e2 (isti\u015fare), icm\u00e2 (toplumsal uzla\u015f\u0131) ve i\u00e7tihad\u0131 (ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z i\u00e7tihat) rasyonel m\u00fczakerenin yerel ve i\u00e7kin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u201ckamusal \u0130slam\u201d kavram\u0131, m\u00fcminlerin ortak iyiyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla etik ve toplumsal meseleleri kamusal d\u00fczlemde tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peki, neden Bat\u0131 men\u015feli teoriler M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ba\u011flamlara uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r? M\u00fcsl\u00fcman akademisyenler, Bat\u0131l\u0131 kuramsal \u00e7er\u00e7eveleri ele\u015ftirel bi\u00e7imde temell\u00fck edebilir; i\u015flevsel olan\u0131 se\u00e7ip ba\u011flamsalla\u015ft\u0131rarak, analizi \u0130slami epistemolojiye dayand\u0131rabilirler. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, entelekt\u00fcel ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde korumay\u0131 ifade eder; i\u00e7e kapanmac\u0131 bir tutumu de\u011fil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siber uzam, \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirici oldu\u011fu kadar bask\u0131c\u0131 pratiklerin de mek\u00e2n\u0131 h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. Otoriter rejimler, teknolojiyi g\u00f6zetim ve sans\u00fcr arac\u0131 olarak silahland\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla internet, onu kimin, hangi ama\u00e7larla kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hem tahakk\u00fcm hem de \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme potansiyeli ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dcmmet, t\u00fcm m\u00fcminleri kapsayan evrensel ve e\u015fitlik\u00e7i bir topluluk olarak tasavvur edilir. Dijital medya, muhalif seslere alan a\u00e7abilse de, ayn\u0131 zamanda devlet bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00f6zetimin ve sans\u00fcr\u00fcn etkin bir arac\u0131 olarak da i\u015flev g\u00f6rebilmektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diyalog: Yap\u0131c\u0131 ve anlaml\u0131 diyalog yaln\u0131zca M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ile gayrim\u00fcslimler aras\u0131nda de\u011fil, bizzat \u00fcmmetin kendi i\u00e7inde de s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.
